Since 1881 Stella Dolciumi produces high quality sweets based on almonds.
Their tracks are a steady presence at every popular festivals in Salento from very back in the day, with generations of Salentino people having indulged in their signature Copeta – a tablet of rosted almonds, pistachio and hazelnut held together by a hot caramel veil -.
The Stella Sisters have now evolved the concept with new modern stores in Lecce, otranto and their hometown Martano, where they offer nicely packaged pralines, treats of all kind and of course Copeta! Would you want to bring back home a slice of sweet Salento, there you go!

Located at a narrow street nearby the church of Santa Croce, their 18 flavors assure a delightful, authentic gelato experience.
