Pizzicotto litterally means “the cute pinch”, as in pinching little bites of heaven in the form of a pizza. They make only Pizza al Taglio – sliced- by religiously following the finest Roman tradition, and i have to say they do it excellently.
In fact the pizza here is light, super healthy and overall incredibly tasty. Be it their use of the freshest local ingredients or the manically selected flours, they are clearly one step beyond competitors with a product that is really one of its kind.
To avoid the long queues at the flagship shop in the old town, head at one of their other brunches in Via Taranto or Via Salandra in the shopping district
