The Three frogs might sound funny for a restaurant name, even though this tiny place with only about 16 covers takes contemporary Italian cuisine very seriously, I would say to the next level. The chef hails from Piedmont, which according to many is where the best Italian food comes from.
And apparently in Puglia he has found a very fertile ground for the highly creative recipes that he serves at his gourmet parlour. A dinner here is total bliss, where each and every dish is journey by its own and no recipe is ever banal. An intimate alcove for interesting food culture, a dinner here assures a memorable, totalizing experience. Excellent.
